At Freeman Family Farms, it's not just a pumpkin, it's an adventure

Mark Freeman had a dream to offer Families a chance to come out and share his farm and the beauty of Indiana 's fall season. He was invited to the Governors office to witness the signing of the Indiana Agitourism Act that allows and promotes agi-tourism and maybe one way to save farms such as Freemans. He and his wife, Yvonne, welcome both new visitors and those that return year after year.

They have started some of the work on I-69.It will cut accross the farm and take about half of the upper pastures. The stakes are in place and there may be bulldozers there next year.I think I may have the hayride follow the path that I-69 is going to take so that years from now your family can say " we used to ride a hay wagon there before it was I-69" as you drive by at 70 MPH. Be sure and come out before I-69 comes.

Fred Watkins, head pumpkin weigher and Yvonne's Dad and Mark's Travel and Fishing buddy.

Reece Freeman son, Purdue Grad, going to Law School,wrestled as a Freshmen at IU, attended & wrestled at Marion Military Inst Alabama.

Logan Freeman  son,Senior at BHSS, plans to attended Rose-Hulman, brilliant,good-looking, weightlifter,main farm grunt, built web site and tractor driver.

Ryan Freeman   son, 9th grade, drives anything with wheels,original driver of Mini Train (out grew it !), PANTHER Football Linebacker/Fullback

Lacee Freeman  daughter,8 yrs old going on 16, loves to dance & cheer, really has a spot in heart for animals. Best draw-er in family.
